Ray Pituitary Curette

7-1/2″ (19.0 cm)Ray Pituitary Curette is an instrument specifically designed for use in pituitary surgeries. The long slender design of this curette makes it well suited for use going through layers of tissue and deep into the surgical field where it is needed. Additionally it features a small ring at the end of the shaft that is set at an angle that gives it optimal function in scraping tissue in surgery. This instrument is available with a 3, 4 or 5 mm diameter and angled 45 or 90 degrees to the front or to the side. This available variation in side angle allows this instrument to be useful when the surgical approach is taken from different side necessitating a uniquely angled tool such as this one.
